I hope you like the tasteful snowy background. I know I like it. Anywho, for the more pressing matters at hand, my Service terms. That's right, you could have anything you could ever want, but under these conditions!
TERMS OF SERVICE!
I will uphold my right as the artist to refuse a commission as I see fit. I am disabled in both of my arms, drawing has been something quite personal to me, if I do not imagine I could so bring a character to life in my style then I will politely refuse.
I can draw: mecha and robots, furries of any species, ponies, humans and humanoids, I can draw fantasy races, blood and minor injuries, fan art, and I love drawing backgrounds of all sorts. I will not be drawing: anything regarding smoking or drinking, anything depicting hate speech or abuse, suggestive or furthermore scandalous work.Because of my disability, the turnaround time it takes for me to complete a drawing is a tad sporadic, if you are not okay with waiting for two or more weeks; do not commission me. It is my top priority to finish any works within the same week of purchasing. I will always be sure to notify of any complications.I accept Venmo, ko-fi / paypal, and cashapp(for friends only!), tips greatly appreciated! I ask only for payments to be paid in full before the drawing process, you will be met with consistent sketch updates and more to ensure everything looks as requested.100% Full refunds are only eligible before the product is more than half way finished. Discussions of semi refunds are permittedI keep all commissions private unless agreed otherwise! And yes, all prices are entirely negotiable. The price listings I put on my page are just for reference.
I will clarify for anyone curious:
My work can be:
--used as a profile picture
--traced
--heavily referenced/inspired,
all ONLY if I get direct credit- *i.e, directly linking me, tagging me, or "inspired by leechbites on (insert social media)", etc..-
I am firmly of the personal belief that referencing and inspiration is a part of art and stylizing. Many people, including myself, find things such as "style studies" to be a tool for development. Likewise, I am alright with people being inspired by my artwork and studying such, but there is definitely an extent to that. If the work is practically indistinguishable from my own without any semblance of credit listed, then I do implore it to be revised. On the same note, copying my characters and original designs is uncomfortable. i.e almost identical color palettes/placements, outfits, stories. Things like following similar tropes or styles to mine and such is ok... Just as long as it's not, in literal terms, my character— just with some accessories, hue shifted or something of the sort.
You are not to use my work in a monetized setting if it is not commissioned. Any usage of my artwork in a monetized or a commercial setting without my consent is entirely against my bound. Similarly, using a commissioned work if you are not the commissioner is prohibited (unless of course, the commissioner has given it the OK. For whatever the reason..)
Do not ask me for free art. This includes 'Art Fight' attacks and revenges! Art fight is a gifting game, not a trading one.
*as stated in Artfight's rule, "4. No user is obliged to attack back. Do not beg or otherwise manipulate others to attack you, this includes comments, attacks, and messages.". I am often in physical anguish due to my nerve damage and need a lot of time to collect myself. Unfortunately, that time usually goes over Art Fight's time limit.Do expect me to answer much about personal information. I want my online presence to be almost entirely comprised of just my artwork. There is nothing you are owed to know about me beyond what I am showing. You may message me questions about my artwork, how I did it, what inspired/inspires me. You can even DM me a simple "Hello!" I will of course, say "Hello!" in return!
Yes...I can't believe I am saying this, but the 'kinning' of my characters is permitted—but, as stated before, only if I get credited.I am aware this sounds indubitably strict, but it's not..THAT BAD. I think it is within reason to feel rather perturbed at instances which you are being mimicked online, or at the risk of losing exposure.
If you have any questions about things I hadn't touched up on do let me know!
